Jump Start Packages
You start by actually meeting your trainer in person. This allows your trainer to know get to you and together you and your trainer set realistic goals. Your trainer will see how your body works, see your current fitness level and customize your program to you.
You will also have an opporunity to share what equipmenet you have available to you. Whether you workot at a gym, or in your home your trainer gives you exercises using the equipment you have access to. Your trainer may also make recommendations as to what additional equipment will be helpful for your program.
You will then have 2 in person training sessions to learn some basic exercises and form. This also allows your trainer to pick up on other muscle imbalances that may be getting in the way of your goals.
Then you pick how many weeks you want your program to be.
2x week for 6 weeks $150 (total cost with in person sessions $250)
2x week for 12 weeks $240 (total cost with in person sessions $340)
2x week for 24 weeks $435 (total cost with in persoan sessions and a 12 reassesement $535) (client must call and make reassesment appointment)
